CWD AND DONATIONS

Counties Affected: Montgomery•Floyd•Pulaski•Carroll•Roanoke

EVERY donated deer MUST be tested for CWD

Donated Deer CANNOT be caped.
We cannot accept headless deer or parts for donation.
Euro Mounts: heads will be returned after testing material has been removed.
Fill out the YELLOW CWD TAG and attach it to the ear with the tag wire.

WILD GAME DROP OFF FOR DONATION

•Drop off is 24/7, self service.

•ALL GAME MUST BE FIELD DRESSED!

•ALL game must have forms-even donations.

••The donation form is a yellow half-sheet.

••Forms are located inside the gray double doors, to the left.

••Include name, phone, check-in #, and all other requested information

••PRINT NEATLY, please.

•You MUST use BOTH the YELLOW form (attach to rear leg) AND CWD tag (attach to ear)..

•Yellow form goes in hanging box with other processing forms.

NEW WILD GAME DONATION FORM

If you're donating your wild game, please do not use the white order forms. Use the yellow half-sheet form. Fast and Simple!

Complete the form and attach the circle tag to the rear leg. Place the yellow form in the hanging box with the other processing forms. You don't get a copy with this one, but feel free to take a photo of it if needed.

You must ALSO use the CWD Tag IF your harvest is from one of the required counties.)

CWD Testing Tag

In addition to the yellow form & circle tag, THIS tag must be filled out and attached to the EAR of all donated deer that were harvested in the required CWD Testing Counties. Complete the information on the tag and use the wire to attach it to the ear. .

The following counties have required testing: Carroll • Floyd • Montgomery • Pulaski • Roanoke

(Outside of these counties, testing is not required)

Hunters Burden DOES NOT get test results. If you want your test results, you must contact the DWR.
